The item arrives damaged in transit (requires photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery).
The item is out of stock, and the order is canceled by us.
The return is requested within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights for online purchases.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned without prior approval.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable (clearly indicated in the product listing).
